UAA Announces New Dates for 2026 Texas Conference

UAA begins the 2026 calendar by shifting CAEC to a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday meeting pattern.  The association announced a major shift in its event pattern to focus on meeting the needs of attendees facing tighter time and budget constraints. 

CAEC, collegiate aviation’s singular largest event, will now take place Monday, September 14 through Wednesday, September 16, in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Denton, Texas and will be hosted by Texas Woman’s University. 

When more is more. The location will offer our industry enhanced accessibility and decreased travel time with a central geographic location. The conference facility offers larger space to accommodate our continually growing event. And more alignment with networking by once again offering a repeat of UAA’s hangar party hosted this year by US Aviation.
